
Podere Giulio is much more than just accommodation:
it is the beating heart of a family-run farm
that has been working for years with respect for the land and tradition.
The Serafini family, consisting of Giovanni, Gabriella, Pierluigi, Sandro and Pietro, put their passion and commitment into every aspect of the farm.
Giovanni looks after the breeding of farmyard animals and livestock, while Gabriella, with her passion for cooking, prepares genuine and delicious dishes for our agro-restaurant.
Pierluigi, heir to his grandfather’s land and knowledge, is dedicated to the production of extra virgin olive oil and quality wine.
Our extensive farm produces watermelons, melons, fennel, artichokes, asparagus, courgettes, peppers, potatoes, garlic and onions. In addition, a few hectares are cultivated with grass, essential feed for the farm’s livestock.
A very special corner is the Podere’s vegetable garden, from which the fresh vegetables that are served directly in our restaurant come from.
Sandro and Pierluigi also manage the farmhouse, while Pietro together with his nephew Giovanni Jr, the youngest of the family, coordinate tourism and room service, making sure that every guest feels at home.
